Returns Policy
To enable TURBO 777 Ltd to process your return or exchange, you will need to present a copy of your receipt or other proof of purchase.
Please choose carefully as we do not refund unless your product is faulty or damaged in transit from our premises.
If the product is damaged in transit from our premises, you must contact us within 7 days, and we will arrange shipping to collect the product. The product must be unused, and in its original packaging.
All products sold by Turbo 777 Ltd come with a 1-year warranty unless otherwise stated. If a warranty claim is to be made, please contact us immediately and we will arrange shipping to collect the product.
Warranty claims do not cover any labour for removal or re-fitting of the product.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund, credit or exchange for specially ordered products (unless the product is faulty) or products which have been modified or used contrary to the product’s instructions.
ASSESSING YOUR RETURN
If your product is faulty, we may need to conduct an assessment to determine the nature and extent of the fault. This may include sending the product to the manufacturer or their repair agent. Products that are likely to require assessment include turbochargers, electrical and mechanical products, and specially procured items.
We will notify you of the outcome once the assessment has been completed.
